I'm Conor, a passionate Gaelic footballer from Belfast with an unshakable love for the game. As a proud member of Eire Og Gaelic Football Club, I don't just play for my local club - I live and breathe the sport. My dedication goes far beyond the pitch. I’m driven by a mission to help fellow field athletes, particularly within the GAA and football communities, elevate their performance and dominate the game. 

 

With years of experience both as a player and a coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes at all skill levels, helping them boost their speed, strength, fitness, and recover from injury. Whether it’s building explosiveness, refining fitness, or reshaping their body composition, I thrive on seeing athletes push past their limits and transform their game.

I offer a personalised programming approach to optimise performance by focusing on five critical areas: movement quality, speed, strength, power, and conditioning. This program empowers athletes to train independently with targeted guidance, enhancing their movement efficiency, agility, and flexibility while reducing injury risks.
